The Blaenau Gwent Citizens Panel is made up of residents from across Blaenau Gwent who are interested in having a say on and influencing the services that they use. Local service providers such as the Council, Police and Local Health Board listen to the opinions of our panel members when designing or changing their services.
Panel members are kept up-to-date on the latest engagement events and consultations in their area and receive regular feedback on how their opinions have helped to improve the services that they use. Members can give their views in a number of ways such as engagement events and activities, web and postal surveys, online focus groups and workshops.
We also have an Access for All Forum for those interested in or affected by equality and disability issues, a Youth Forum for 11 to 25 year olds and a 50+ Forum for anyone over 50.
